Bio

Clay Pierce is an Equal Justice Works Fellow at the ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û Voting Rights Project sponsored by Bloomberg Philanthropies & Proskauer Rose LLP. His fellowship project focuses on advancing voting rights for people with disabilities by challenging state laws that limit and criminalize voter assistance.

Clay received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Public Interest/Public Service Fellow and James Kent Scholar. During law school, he served as a Notes Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems and interned at the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice, Knight First Amendment Institute, and NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. Clay holds a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado College.
