ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project

Bio

Eliza Sweren-Becker is the Ford Foundation Fellow with the ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û’s Speech, Privacy, and Technology project. While in law school, Eliza was an executive editor of the Harvard Human Rights Journal and worked on legal and policy issues related to privacy and national security surveillance, ECPA, targeted killing and detention, and international criminal law for a range of institutions, including the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board and the ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û. Eliza is a graduate of Brown University, Harvard Law School, and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Prior to law school, Eliza worked as a research associate for Latin American Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations.
