Bio

Faith Barksdale is the paralegal for the Criminal Law Reform Project (CLRP), where she provides legal support work on all of CLRP’s issues including: pretrial justice reform, reforming police practices, and improving indigent defense systems. She is interested in many aspects of criminal justice and prison reform, and volunteers as a teacher on Rikers Island. Faith was previously a legal assistant with the Voting Rights Project. Prior to joining the ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û, Faith interned at the Urban Justice Center Mental Health Project and the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. She graduated summa cum laude from New York University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and English.
