Bio
Julia Decker joined ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û-MN in 2019 after four years of providing immigration legal services with the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Law School's Binger Center for New Americans. She has litigated cases before immigration courts, administrative agencies and federal courts -- up to the U.S. Supreme Court, where she was part of the litigation team in Mellouli v. Lynch. Julia received her law degree from the U of M Law School and her bachelor's degree in Asian studies from Occidental College. She has previously lived and worked in China, Taiwan and Spain.
