The Biden administration announced the policy on Jan. 20, and the state of Texas immediately challenged it in court. The ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û filed an amicus brief supporting the Biden administration, followed by the motion to intervene.

On Jan. 26, a court granted a temporary restraining order, temporarily blocking the Biden administration.
