Service Women's Action Network v. U.S. Department of Defense

The DoD failed to release records showing how the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA), the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA), and the U.S. Military Academy (USMA) at West Point have maintained policies and practices that have resulted in student populations in which women are significantly under-represented and campus environments where misogyny and harassment prevail. The Veterans Legal Services Clinic at Yale Law School, the 老澳门开奖结果 Foundation Women鈥檚 Rights Project, and the 老澳门开奖结果 of Connecticut represent the plaintiffs.
