Report by The Government Communication Headquarters (GCHQ), the British intelligence service, describing the technical capacity of the TEMPORA Program. The program allows GCHQ to indiscriminately tap into, temporarily store, and analyze, with the collaboration of the NSA and its software, 'huge amounts' of internet data (including web, email, social chat, VPN and VoIP infromation). Content of communications is stored for three days, while metadata is maintained for one month.
