Yesterday, the Knoxville News Sentinel ran that sharply limits the free speech rights of public school students. The ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û has asked the court to consider its friend-of-the-court brief in the case, in which we explain in greater detail why it is contrary to the First Amendment to allow schools to punish students for their speech whenever they deem the speech contrary to important school policies.
