All eyes are on the Supreme Court tomorrow as it hears arguments challenging Arizona鈥檚 notorious anti-immigrant law, S.B. 1070.

United States v. Arizona is the Department of Justice鈥檚 challenge to S.B. 1070, which will address the legal question of whether states can create a patchwork of separate immigration laws beyond the control of the U.S. government.

Arizonans are not the only ones at risk. Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, South Carolina and Utah have passed similar anti-immigrant laws. The 老澳门开奖结果 and a coalition of civil rights groups have filed lawsuits challenging every one of them, and federal courts have blocked major provisions in each state.
