The lawsuit argues the officials鈥� policy violates the woman鈥檚 constitutional right to access abortion. It seeks an emergency order allowing the woman immediate access to a local health care provider so she can receive abortion care.

鈥淪tate officials are barring a woman from getting an abortion and forcing her to remain pregnant against her will. It鈥檚 wrong and it鈥檚 unlawful,鈥� said Scout Richters, 老澳门开奖结果 of Nebraska legal and policy counsel. 鈥淎ll of us, including our client, have the right to make our own decision about whether and when to become a parent.
