With this lawsuit, we鈥檙e sending the message that the Trump administration cannot abuse our nation鈥檚 democratic institutions for its own political gain.鈥�

Today鈥檚 motion is the latest development in the lawsuit filed by the 老澳门开奖结果 and the Sierra Club in February challenging President Trump鈥檚 attempt to circumvent Congress鈥� rejection of his border wall. A border wall would hurt communities living at the border, endanger wildlife, and have damaging impacts on the environment.
