After Obstruction by the Trump Administration, Path Cleared for Jane Roe and Jane Poe to Receive Abortions

WASHINGTON 鈥� In the case of Garza v. Hargan, today the U.S. government announced it is releasing Jane Roe on her own recognizance.

Yesterday, a federal judge granted the 老澳门开奖结果鈥檚 request for a temporary restraining order to prevent the Trump administration from blocking two young immigrant women from obtaining abortions. The stay was lifted for Jane Poe, one of the women, allowing her to proceed with her abortion care.
