ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û National Prison Project

Bio

Aditi Shah is a former Borchard Fellow in the ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û’s National Prison Project, where she litigated cases challenging unlawful immigration detention conditions and pursued strategic litigation and advocacy to increase access to counsel at immigration detention facilities, with a focus on addressing the needs of older adults in detention. Aditi holds a B.A. in History and Health: Science, Society, and Policy from Brandeis University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was a student attorney at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic and a research assistant to Professor William B. Rubenstein. Following graduation, she clerked for the Hon. Richard C. Wesley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
