Summary
Claude Green died of a heart attack in Welch, West Virginia in 2005 after the Police Chief physically prevented a friend of Green's from performing CPR on him. Police Chief Robert Bowman blocked the CPR because Green was gay, and Bowman assumed Green was also HIV positive. The ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û filed a lawsuit on behalf of Green's surviving family members against the City of Welch and the Chief of Police for discrimination and preventing life-saving medical treatment.
